From Asian to Mediterranean, we are using a special technique to give you true Asian and Mediterranean using local and imports ingredients to satiate your dining experience with authentic quality and showcase the best of what we have to offer.  

 Glass Bridge opened its doors in the mid of July 2019 by creative restaurateur and talented chef, Butje and Wuisan. Our story began when Butje Bawole, a Makassar-born restaurateur meet Wuisan Chandra, years ago. Butje has several restaurants scattered around the capital Jakarta and Bandung and immerse with the business for decades. While Wuisan is the owner of three restaurants in Pontianak before he had worked for several top-notch restaurants such as Chapung Se Bali and ARMA Ubud, then finally concern on Glass Bridge. 

With an experienced and impressive reputation from both of them, Glass Bridge then features stunning interior, top quality food and services. Derived its concept from notable Glass Bridge in China, the restaurant attempt to give extensive experience for the customers by using glass-floor on the second storey like no other places. 

The restaurant signature dishes are Asian, Mediterranean. Exclusively sourced from local and imported meat with sustainably caught fresh seafood cooked in custom made. We mixed it up and try a selection of their specialities. And the restaurant also features the freshest of sushi with an array of variety and signature touch. That’s why we put Asian, Mediterranean and Sushi on our brand.
